Rahul Khosla

Rahul Khosla is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Global People & Culture Leader at Digy4 since January 2022, Rahul has a strong background in strategic HR management, having held positions such as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Acadecraft Inc. and People & Culture Lead at RoundGlass. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Oxford University Press, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR for operations across multiple countries, and HR Director for the IMEA region at APCO Worldwide, where strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives was a key focus. Rahul’s prior experience also includes leadership roles at Danone India, Aviva India, and HCL Infosystems. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, as well as advanced leadership programs from INSEAD and IIM Ahmedabad.
