Rachael W. Hodges

Rachael W. Hodges, MSN, RN, NI-BC, CHSE, CAHIMS, currently serves as a Clinical Project Manager at Diligent Robotics, managing client projects and collaborating with Client Success Executives to support change management efforts. Previously, Rachael held positions such as Clinical Informatics Specialist and Simulation Education Manager at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where responsibilities included facilitating high-fidelity simulations and developing training materials. Rachael’s experience extends to roles as an Innovation Strategist at Innovation Advantage and a staff nurse at East Tennessee Children's Hospital, bringing a robust background in nursing and informatics. Rachael earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Informatics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
