Lisa Browne IRMCert has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as a Risk Manager and Senior Risk Consultant at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, since March 2018. In this role, Lisa is responsible for risk reporting to clients, supporting the Line 1 Risk Team, and contributing to digital transformation programs. Previous experience includes serving as Line 1 Client Lead Operational Risk, where high-level control testing and regular risk meetings were conducted. Before joining Diligenta, Lisa worked at Lloyds Banking Group as an Operations Managers Delegate, following a role as a PPI Complaint Handler. Lisa holds an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, obtained in 2022.
