Jennifer Darling

Jennifer Darling is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment and labor relations. Currently serving as Lead Counsel, Global Employment and Vice President at Dimensional Fund Advisors since May 2017, Jennifer has held several titles within the company, including Vice President and Counsel and Counsel. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Nossaman LLP from December 2012 to April 2017, representing a diverse range of public and private employers on various employment issues. Earlier in Jennifer's career, experience at Latham & Watkins as an Attorney and an internship at the U.S. Department of Justice further contributed to a solid legal foundation. Education includes a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA in English from the University of Virginia.
