Lisa Salerno

Lisa Salerno is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on training management, personnel administration, and interim management. Currently serving as Chargée RH at DIMOTRANS Group since September 2022, Lisa oversees the training plan for 200 employees, manages temporary staff, and handles various HR administrative tasks, including recruitment and medical visits. Previously, Lisa worked as Assistante RH at EDF, where contributions included the deployment of a HRIS and the management of a competencies development plan. Lisa's early career includes roles in sales advisory at Maison 123 and Ralph Lauren, complemented by comprehensive education in human resources management, culminating in an MBA from MBway in 2023.
