Rafael Velez, MBA, currently serves as the VP of Sales and Marketing for Dinant since May 2024 and as a Business Consultant and CPG Broker at RVA Business Consulting LLC since July 2023. With extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, Rafael held the position of SVP of Sales & Marketing at PPI Worldwide from September 2023 to March 2024, focusing on novelty premiums and loyalty programs across North America. Prior to this, Rafael was the VP of Marketing and Shopper Marketing at Barcel USA from September 2013 to July 2023, managing a significant $1.2 billion business and a $75 million marketing budget. Additional roles include Senior Marketing Manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA and General Manager for Gabi cookies at Grupo Bimbo. Rafael holds an MBA from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac.
