Dinimus Credit Fund (DCF) is a leading private credit fund focused on mid-market corporate debt. 

Our team has a combined 100+ years of professional experience sourcing, originating, executing and managing structured loans for mid-market and institutional debt markets across Australia and New Zealand and international markets.

Our loan size varies from $5m to $50m and are available on a short- or medium-to short term basis. Our investment professionals spend a significant amount of time with management teams. We get to know the underlying businesses to provide a thoughtful and bespoke financing solution appropriate for each individual borrower’s specific needs. Our lending strategies underwrite funding for ongoing operations, business expansion, corporate acquisitions, management and leveraged buyouts, together with refinancing. We lend across the credit spectrum, covering both asset-backed and cashflow transactions.  We lend for Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Asset Backed Finance, Growth Capital, Acquisition Finance, Event Driven Funding and Bespoke Financial Solutions.

DCF Asset Management is the manager for Private Debt funds. 
DCF has been successfully managing and investing capital for over 10 years. Currently it has three Private Debt Funds:
- Australian Private Debt Fund (APDF) 
- DCF Private Debt IV (close end) Fund 
- DCF Private Debt IV B (open end) Fund
DCF Funds are for Wholesale Clients only (as defined in Corporations Act 2001).
