Brian Fane

Brian Fane is a knowledgeable Patent Attorney at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, having progressed from a Patent Agent role within the same firm, where employment began in April 2018. Prior to this, Brian served as an IP and Commercialization Analyst at the University of Tennessee Research Foundation. Brian's academic journey includes a Doctor of Law degree in Intellectual Property Law from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and two PhDs in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida. Initial professional experiences include internships at Los Alamos National Laboratory and various nuclear power plants, focused on chemistry and nuclear safeguards.
