Julie Dauncey has over 18 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner at the Diocese of Westminster since June 2005. Responsibilities include providing generalist HR support to over 750 employees, managing the employee life cycle, conducting interviews, and handling grievance and disciplinary investigations. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Personal Assistant at Gander and White Shipping Limited. Julie holds a BA honours degree in English literature from Brunel University of London and is pursuing Chartered MCIPD qualifications.
