Katie Mitchell serves as the Director of Operations at Dionach since March 2017, bringing strong analytical and strategic leadership to the oversight of daily activities across Service Delivery, Project Management, and Strategic Operations. Previously, Katie held key roles at Tangoe from May 2010 to March 2017, including Service Delivery Manager and Client Service Analyst, focusing on client relations and service provision. Earlier experience at Swets Information Services as a Publisher Service Executive involved managing client issues and supporting service needs. Katie holds A-Level qualifications in History, Business, Law, and Psychology from Oxford and Cherwell College, achieved between 2003 and 2005.

Dionach are an ISO 27001, PCI QSA, CESG CHECK, and CREST certified independent information security consultancy. Dionach consists of specialist consultant teams in the following security disciplines: Penetration Testing, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 Auditing and Consultancy, and Incident Response. New information security threats and vulnerabilities appear at an astonishing rate and Dionach keep abreast of these through the work done by our Research and Development team. As well as monitoring the appearance of new threats, Dionach actively research new and known vulnerabilities, liaising with both the major vendors and our clients with any major discoveries. The best way to mitigate the risk of the constantly evolving threats faced by all information systems is to implement a sound Information Security Management System. An essential part of any good information security policy is regular security testing.
