Currently serving as Executive Director - Engineering & Projects at Dipped Products PLC since September 2008, Ratnasiri has also held positions as General Manager of Engineering at Dipped Products PLC and Director of DPL Universal Gloves Limited. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Project Engineer and Head of Electrical Department at Holcim Lanka Ltd from April 1995 to April 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from Lomonosov Moscow State University and membership in the Institution of Engineering & Technology in the United Kingdom.

Dipped Products PLC (DPL) is a Sri Lanka-based rubber glove manufacturer. The Company's principal business include manufacture and marketing of industrial and general purpose gloves, management of tea and rubber plantations. The Company's segments include Hand Protection and Plantations. In Hand Protection, the Company manufactures over 300 variants of approximately 110 product varieties of supported and unsupported household, industrial, medical and value-added gloves with various applications. In Plantations, the Company produces approximately 12, 390 metric tons and over 3, 100 metric tons of tea and rubber, respectively. The Company's product types include unsupported natural rubber gloves, unsupported natural and synthetic rubber blended gloves, unsupported synthetic rubber gloves, fabric supported gloves with cut and sewn liner, electrical insulation gloves, powder free nitrile examination gloves and powder free latex examination gloves.
