Melissa Salm

Melissa Salm has extensive experience in client services and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Client Services Manager at Direct Agents since July 2018. Prior roles at Direct Agents include Client Services Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Account Coordinator. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Marketing Associate at Healthegy Inc. and contributed as a Content Marketing Strategist at Bisk Education. Additional experience includes internships in sales and marketing at Deliver Media and Genesis Communications, as well as a marketing internship at St. John's University. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Tampa's John H. Sykes College of Business, completed in 2015.
