Nicholas Curran has over 8 years of experience in the talent recruiting industry. Nicholas started their career in 2012 as a Research Associate at Korn Ferry Futurestep. In 2015, they joined Direct Search Alliance as a Sourcing Manager. At Direct Search Alliance, they were responsible for helping companies achieve growth with quality through a thoughtfully designed approach. Nicholas advised on recruiting foundations, placed top talent through success-based and retained search, and provided recruiting leadership training and success on-boarding practices for scaling companies. Nicholas was also passionate about building inclusive teams, sustainable recruiting cultures, operations for scale, and iconic employer brands.
