Barry Shaner

Barry Shaner is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the credit union sector. Since July 1994, Barry has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Directions Credit Union, a not-for-profit institution with $600 million in assets, 18 service locations, and a membership base of 70,000. Prior to this role, Barry held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Aurgroup Federal Credit Union from May 1985 to July 1994. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Toledo.
