Andy O'Rourke has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on marketing and product development. Andy served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Direxion Funds, where they successfully repositioned and rebranded the firm and launched the Direxion Shares ETF product line. Prior to that, they founded the Distribution Channel Marketing group at MassMutual, securing key relationships with major distribution firms. At Emplanet Retirement Services, they played a crucial role in the development of the industry's first fully automated Internet-based bundled retirement plan service offering. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Product Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they increased product registration and usage through internet-based channels.
Andy O'Rourke completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Miami University in 1991. Andy then pursued further education at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2000 and 2004.
In addition to their formal education, O'Rourke has also acquired several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Series 3 certification from the National Futures Association. In 2015, they obtained both the Series 63 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Series 7 certification, also from FINRA.
