René Kimpel

René Kimpel serves as the Recruiting Lead for Germany at DIS AG and LHH Recruitment Solutions, overseeing the development and advisory of over 40 branches in Office & Management, Finance, and IT. Responsibilities include project management, performance analysis, strategic implementation, and business recommendations for the board, as well as leading and coaching a team of working students. Kimpel has a robust background in talent acquisition, having built structures for internal recruiting and led teams in various recruitment functions. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiting Assistant at DIS AG and a Scientific Assistant/Lecturer at Goethe University Frankfurt, complemented by a Diplom in Political Science and certifications in Human Resources Management.
