Holly Williams is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in substation design and team leadership. Currently serving as the Engineering & Design Team Leader and Substation Designer at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations since October 2021, Holly previously contributed as an Engineer Assistant at Cleco Corporation from May 2017 to October 2021, focusing on project coordination and document control. Prior experience includes working as a Substation Designer at Beta Engineering, where responsibilities involved creating electrical arrangement drawings and maintaining material lists. Holly began their career as a Beauty Consultant at Walgreens and later as an Office Clerk at Brookshire Grocery Company. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Northwestern State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
