Bruce Marshak

Bruce Marshak is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Director/Senior Counsel for Student Lending at Discover Financial Services since September 2020. With a career spanning several decades, Bruce has held significant positions at JPMC, including First Vice President roles focusing on Risk Research and Regulatory Relations, and has been involved in major acquisition integration activities. Previously, Bruce provided legal counsel at PNC and Citi, offering solutions for regulatory and transactional matters in mortgage servicing and credit card operations.
