Chip Hardin, MBA, SPC, RTE, PSM, ICP-ACC, LSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Agile Program Management at Discover Financial Services, having previously held leadership roles at Capital One, Citi, USAA, Santander Consumer USA, HP Enterprise Services, Nestlé USA, JPMorgan Chase, Computer Sciences Raytheon, and the United States Air Force. With extensive experience in Agile methodologies, project management, and team leadership, Chip has successfully managed large-scale portfolios and multiple teams across various organizations, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. Notable achievements include organizing Capital One’s Agility Conference, overseeing a significant number of concurrent digital projects at Citi, and developing workforce management solutions at HP. Chip holds an MBA from Webster University and has various certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and program management.
