Diane Telsey

Diane Telsey, Esq., CRCM, currently serves as Vice President of Compliance Advisory at Discover Financial Services, overseeing strategic priorities for compliance teams in consumer banking and network payment services since November 2022. Prior to this role, Diane was with TD, where from February 2013 to October 2022, Diane held various positions including Sr. Director Compliance Advisory and Managing Counsel, providing legal oversight and advice for credit card business units. Diane's experience includes leadership roles in compliance and regulatory guidance across various financial products. Earlier in Diane's career, legal expertise was demonstrated while serving as a Compliance Specialist and Attorney at Puma, Telsey & Rhea, PA, and as an Associate at Chapman Henkoff Kessler Peduto. Diane holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Rutgers Business School.
