Jeremy Robinson

Jeremy Robinson, LSSBB, currently serves as a Senior Manager at Discover Financial Services, where responsibilities include orchestrating complex cross-functional projects to enhance compliance systems and core HR processes for a large HR department serving over 20,000 employees. In addition, Jeremy co-founded Human CI, a think tank dedicated to re-imagining Continuous Improvement with a focus on social responsibility. Previously, Jeremy held roles at Scholle Corporation as a Continuous Improvement Specialist and Technician, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive business improvements across operations, sales, and logistics. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University, Stanislaus.
