Jessica Hubert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive compensation and procurement management. Currently serving as Lead Executive Compensation Consultant at Discover Financial Services since February 2017, Jessica is responsible for the development of presentations for the Board of Directors Compensation & Leadership Development Committee and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure timely reviews. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Focus Products Group, including Procurement and Logistics Manager, Global Sourcing Manager, Senior Import Buyer, and Marketing Coordinator, where Jessica demonstrated expertise in overseeing transportation processes, managing supplier relationships, negotiating costs, ensuring product quality, and compliance with international standards. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Eastern Illinois University, completed in 2000.
