Kristen Borucki

Kristen Borucki, MBA, CEBS, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Benefits & Wellbeing at Discover Financial Services, overseeing operational, compliance, and vendor management for health and insurance, 401(k), and pension plans. With a focus on enhancing the employee benefits experience, Kristen also previously held the role of Benefits Manager at Signode Industrial Group LLC, managing benefits strategy and administration for 2,400 employees. Prior to that, Kristen worked at RBC Wealth Management in various roles related to US pensions and benefits. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota.
