Madeline Ehrich is an accomplished professional in the field of exercise science and sports performance, currently serving as a Franchise Owner and General Manager at Discover Strength since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology, and as a Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant Coach at Ithaca College, where significant achievements such as a 25-4 record and NCAA tournament participation were attained. Madeline also held various internships that involved strength and conditioning programs for multiple sports teams and youth athletes. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and Bachelor's degrees in Exercise Science, Psychology, and Management Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College and St. Olaf College.
