Melanie Barnes

Melanie Barnes is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail and management. Currently serving as a Franchise Owner at Discover Strength since March 2023, Melanie also holds the position of Investor, G.P. and Owner at Ironwood Townhomes since May 2022. Previously, Melanie worked at Target for over six years in various roles including Sourcing Manager, Buyer, and Associate Buyer. Additional experience includes several buying positions at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. and roles in banking and logistics early in the career. Melanie holds a degree in Retail Merchandising, Management from the University of Minnesota.
