Jeremy Morcom has over 30 years of work experience in corporate development, acquisitions, and divestitures. Jeremy started their career at ING Barings Ltd. in 1989 and worked there as a Director for over 11 years. In 2000, they joined Invensys plc as the Head of Acquisitions & Divestitures. After leaving Invensys, they joined Spectris plc as the Head of Corporate Development, where they worked for 7 years. In 2013, they returned to Invensys plc as the Group Head of Corporate Development, leading the corporate strategy and M&A program. Jeremy successfully completed a significant divestment project during their tenure. In 2015, Jeremy joined Jigsaw97 as a Director. Currently, they serve as the Group Head of Corporate Development at discoverIE Group plc.

Jeremy Morcom has a BSc degree in Physics from the University of Bristol, which they obtained between 1983 and 1986. In 1990, they attended the London Business School's Corporate Finance Evening Programme, where they focused on the field of Corporate Finance.
