Rob Garrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership. Since November 2018, Rob has served as the Director of Campus Operations and Facilities Director at Discovery Church. Additionally, Rob is the CEO of All-Weather Coatings, a company that specializes in manufacturing high-performing, energy-saving exterior paints and coatings, and emphasizes a mission to serve others. Rob also holds the position of CEO at Exterior Coating Consultants, LLC, which offers consulting and inspection services for paint and coating installations. Earlier in career, Rob worked as a draftsman at SigmaCon from 1982 to 1985. Rob is a graduate of Oak Ridge High School, class of 1983.
