Abbey Whitworth is an experienced education professional with a background in teaching and account management. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Discovery Education, Abbey previously held the position of Account Manager at OpenText. Additionally, Abbey has significant teaching experience, having worked as a 6th and 7th Grade Reading Strategies/Intervention Teacher and a Kindergarten Teacher at Pflugerville ISD, as well as a Kindergarten Teacher at Greenville County Schools. Abbey also worked as a Subcontractor for SCETV. Abbey is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at the University of South Carolina, studying there from 2019 to the present.
