Heidy Cairo, MSHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Discovery Education since July 2020, Heidy is responsible for implementing HR strategy and partnering in talent management and employee relations initiatives. Previous roles include Senior HR Generalist at Bozzuto, where focus was on innovative HR solutions, and Human Resources Generalist positions at CORT, Treliant Risk Advisors, and Lilly & Associates International, where responsibilities encompassed employment matters, benefits administration, and employee development. Heidy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University, along with an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Miami Dade College.
