Bongi Ngwenya

Bongi Ngwenya is an experienced Organisational Development Specialist currently working at Discovery Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bongi served as an Organisational Development Officer at Dis-Chem Pharmacies from October 2020 to June 2022, and as a Management Consultant at KPMG South Africa from January 2018 to October 2020. Bongi began a career in academia as a Tutor in Industrial Psychology and a Research Assistant at the University of Johannesburg in 2016. Bongi holds an MPhil in Industrial Psychology and a BA Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a BA in Psychology from the same institution.
