Andrea Moore has extensive experience in the field of education and childcare. Andrea currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations and Development at Discovery Point Franchising Inc., where they lead the corporate organization and provides support to franchise owners across multiple states. Prior to their current role, Andrea served as the Executive Director of Operations & Development at Discovery Point Franchising Inc., where they led the corporate support team and oversaw franchise support programs, including marketing, quality assurance, curriculum implementation, and business operations. Andrea also acted as a liaison for new franchise partners, assisting them through every step of the ownership process.

Before joining Discovery Point Franchising Inc., Andrea worked as the Manager of Education and Training at the company, where they provided training for new franchise center owners in Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia. Andrea was responsible for onsite and classroom training on various aspects of center operations, state licensing, policies and procedures, curriculum implementation, and teacher training and support.

Prior to their work at Discovery Point Franchising Inc., Andrea served as an Early Childhood Education Instructor at Lanier Technical College, where they taught courses on early childhood education and provided guidance and supervision to practicum and intern teachers placed in Pre-K, childcare, and elementary school classrooms. Andrea also worked as a Teach Gwinnett Supervisor at Gwinnett County Public Schools, where they provided coaching and supervision to teachers working towards earning a clear renewable teaching certificate.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the childcare industry, and a commitment to providing high-quality education and support to franchise owners and teachers.

Andrea Moore received their Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of North Georgia, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. Andrea then continued their education at the same university and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from 1988 to 1990.
