Sara Hillegonds

Sara Hillegonds, TSC, CSP, has a diverse professional background with experience in talent engineering and recruitment. Currently working as a Talent Engineer at DISHER since March 2022, Sara previously held positions as a Professional Recruiter at both Workbox Staffing and Jarvi Group from April 2017 to April 2020. Prior to recruitment roles, Sara gained management and customer service experience at CVS Health as a Manager in Training, Shift Supervisor, and Pharmacy Technician from September 2014 to March 2017, and worked as an Insurance Producer at State Farm ® from March 2012 to September 2013. Additionally, Sara served as a Store Manager at FranklinCovey from September 2008 to August 2012. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and Business from Hope College (1999-2003) and a Yoga Certification in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from YogaFit (2009).
