Carlos possesses a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Geomatic Engineering and Geoinformation from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and Universitat Politècnica de València, where this individual also earned a Bachelor's degree in Topographic Engineering and Cartography. Prior education includes a Bachillerato in Natural Sciences from I.E.S. Districte Maritim.
