Ricardo Rueda Ochando is a seasoned professional in the GIS field with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Responsable funcional aplicaciones GIS at DISID since January 2018, Ricardo provides GIS consulting, functional application management, training, and support. Concurrently, Ricardo has worked as a Consultor CAD GIS Ingeniería Civil at ICGMapping since December 2012. Prior roles include GIS Consulting at RasterTech, where Ricardo was involved in the technical assistance for the implementation of a GIS system for road conservation in the Diputación de Valencia, and Director Técnico at Servitec from 1999 to 2009. Ricardo holds a degree in Ingeniero Técnico Topógrafo, SIG from Universitat Politècnica de València and graduated in Ingeniería, geomática y Topografía, Geomática from Universidad de León in 2013.
