Emma Sax

Emma Sax has a diverse work experience. Emma began their career in 2014 as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota-Morris. In 2015, Emma worked as a Software Engineer Intern at SportsEngine. Emma then returned to the University of Minnesota-Morris as a URSA Major Developer and later as a Calculus I Peer Assisted Learner Tutor.

From 2016 to 2020, Emma worked at SportsEngine, initially as a Junior Software Engineer and later as a Platform Operations Engineer. During their time at SportsEngine, Emma gained experience in platform operations and engineering.

In 2020, Emma joined Dispatch as a Cloud Operations Engineer. Emma quickly grew in their role and was promoted to Senior Cloud Operations Engineer in 2022. Emma's current position at Dispatch showcases their expertise in cloud operations.

Emma Sax completed their high school education at The Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a High School Diploma, with a focus on Musical Theatre. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Minnesota-Morris, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Emma has obtained certifications in "Rails for Zombies Redux" from Code School in May 2015 and "Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2021.
