Elzbieta Knyt has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elzbieta started working for British Airways in 2005 as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as sales specialization, after-sales support, and leading a customer relations team. Elzbieta worked for British Airways until 2014. From December 2014 to May 2018, Elzbieta worked as a Customer Service Manager at Displate. Later, they were promoted to the Head of Client Services role, which they currently hold.
Elzbieta Knyt completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Recreation at the High School of Economics from 2000 to 2003. Elzbieta then pursued their Master's degree in Political Science at the University of Warsaw from 2003 to 2005.
