Ludwik Bayer is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and loyalty, currently serving as Manager CRM & Loyalty at Displate since August 2021, overseeing the entire CRM & Loyalty department. Previously, Ludwik held positions at Philip Morris International, including Loyalty Planning Executive and Consumer Loyalty Executive, where responsibilities involved strategic planning and execution in customer loyalty initiatives. Early in the career, Ludwik worked as a Junior Customer Care Executive, addressing complex customer issues. Ludwik holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
