Szymon Sadlo is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and DevOps. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Displate since January 2022, Szymon has also held a dual role as a Java Developer/DevOps at Placematic since February 2018, where significant contributions include creating a fast API for address database searches used in production by pizzaportal. As the Founder of RedCaret since December 2015, Szymon provides software development services, system design, and implementation of continuous integration tools. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Consultant and Backend Developer/DevOps at Blix, where Szymon designed backend infrastructure for mobile applications, and as an NLP Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute Poland, overseeing automation and team management. Szymon began the career as a Junior PHP Developer at IOKI E-volution in education, following an internship at IBM developing a NetBeans plug-in. Szymon holds a Master of Science in Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Algorithmics and Software Engineering from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
