Clarissa Ross is an experienced brand and social media manager, currently serving as Brand Manager and Social Media and Content Manager at DISSH since April 2022. Prior to this role, Clarissa held the position of Social Media Manager at Molten Store for a brief period and served as Social Media and Influencer Marketing Strategist and Junior Designer at Lorna Jane from July 2017 to December 2021. Clarissa began the career at Forever New Clothing as a Visual Merchandiser from September 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities included merchandising to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Clarissa holds an Advanced Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Australian Institute of Creative Design and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Queensland.

Owner and director, Lucy Henry-Hicks comes from a family of fashion retailers and has been in the business since a young age. In 2020, Lucy became the Director of DISSH and led the brand through a major evolution, soaring the brand to new heights through global expansion, re-defining the design and manufacturing processes and cultivating the online presence to connect with a diverse and inclusive community. DISSH has grown rapidly and we now have a team of 150 people across Australia. Our vision is to empower women globally and this starts at DISSH HQ - our employees are mainly women, all doing amazing creative work to build exciting opportunities and help the brand thrive.
