In 2020, Lucy became the Director of DISSH and led the brand through a major evolution, soaring the brand to new heights through global expansion, re-defining the design and manufacturing processes and cultivating the online presence to connect with a diverse and inclusive community. DISSH has grown rapidly and we now have a team of 150 people across Australia. Our vision is to empower women globally and this starts at DISSH HQ - our employees are mainly women, all doing amazing creative work to build exciting opportunities and help the brand thrive.
