Monica Ferraro

Monica Ferraro has extensive work experience in customer service and sales roles. Monica is currently the Director of Customer Service at Distech Controls, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Service / Field Device Sales and Customer Service Manager at the same company. Monica also worked as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Support representative from 2009 to 2016.

Before joining Distech Controls, Monica worked as a Claims Examiner at Assurant Solutions from 2006 to 2008. Monica also gained experience as an ESL Teacher at Télangues International Limitée in 2004 and as a Vendor Liaison/Project Assistant at Hudson's Bay Company from 1997 to 2003.

Monica Ferraro received a Professional and Technical Writing Certificate from York University in 1999. Monica also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Languages from the same university.
