Nicole Tzavaras has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and People & Culture. Nicole currently serves as the Head of People Experience at DiUS, where they are responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive People plan to support the business strategy and goals. During their time at Telstra, they led several projects aimed at transforming the talent function and contributed to the design of the company's talent architecture and framework.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as an HR Manager and HR Consultant at Commander, where they provided HR advice and support to client groups and led various HR initiatives such as automation of HR administration processes and implementation of performance review and rewards programs.

Nicole also has experience as an HR Coordinator at SDN Children's Services and as an HR and Operations Manager at Target Australia.

Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated a strong expertise in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, and creating positive employee experiences.

Nicole Tzavaras completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English, Industrial Relations, and Human Resources from the University of Sydney between 2000 and 2003.
