Alex Park is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the field of vehicle dynamics and structural analysis. Currently serving as a Full Vehicle CAE Engineer at Divergent since April 2022, Alex was previously a Principal Structural Analysis Engineer at BAE Systems, where responsibilities included creating high-fidelity FEA models and conducting various simulations. Prior roles include Structural Engineer at Northrop Grumman and CAE Engineer at Divergent 3D, with early internships at Space Systems Loral and LSI Corp, where foundational skills in thermal resistance analysis and mechanical design were developed. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
