Leslie Lytle

Leslie Lytle is an experienced Advanced Materials Testing Engineer currently at Divergent since June 2023. Previously, Lytle served as Battery and Operations Lead at Penn Electric Racing from September 2019 to May 2023, where notable contributions included designing and manufacturing a custom 450V battery pack for a Formula Electric racecar and managing cost strategies through lean manufacturing. Lytle's internship at Tesla in 2022 involved designing a fixture that salvaged PCBAs, resulting in significant cost savings, and conducting thermal tests on power electronics. Prior experience includes roles at Divergent as an Additive Materials Intern and at Building Momentum, LLC as a Prototyping Associate, demonstrating skills in testing, prototyping, and data collection. Lytle holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
