Randen Banuelos

Randen Banuelos is a skilled Systems Programmer at Cave Bear Games since October 2024, and an IT Help Desk Technician at Divergent since April 2024. Prior to these roles, Randen worked as a Gaming Guide Writer for Screen Rant from March to June 2024, where Randen developed user-friendly gaming guides and collaborated with the editorial team. Randen's experience as a MerageTech Student Computing Consultant at the University of California, Irvine, equipped Randen with technical troubleshooting and AV setup skills. As the Video Game Writing Department Director in the Video Game Development Club at UCI, Randen hosted workshops and provided guidance on writing for games. Additional roles include solo developer of "The Escape Artist," systems and level designer for USC Games, and narrative designer for multiple game projects. Randen holds a degree in Computer Game Science from UC Irvine, completed in June 2023.
