Autumn Bernstein

Autumn Bernstein has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Autumn is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Diversey since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk for a significant period, starting as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in November 2013 and later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Business Partner until January 2022. Autumn'sresponsibilities at Maersk included providing coaching, guidance, and aligning HR strategies with business strategies for various business units. Autumn also played a key role in organizational design and talent management during their tenure. Before joining Maersk, Autumn served as a Senior Specialist and supported the HR Director at A.P. Moller - Maersk with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, they worked as an Employee Services Specialist at Centex Homes, where they handled recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing. Prior to that, Autumn was the Finance Coordinator II at Irene Wortham Residential Center, responsible for managing payroll records and processing payroll.

Autumn Bernstein holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University, completed in 2003. Autumn also has additional certifications in Coaching Master Class, Hogan Assessment, Predictive Index Assessment, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
