Sudhir Bhalerao has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Sudhir began their career at Bayer India Limited in 1995 as an Officer - Personnel, where they worked until 2003. Sudhir then joined Diversey in 2006 and held multiple roles such as Payroll & Workday Lead - PIMS & Indian Subcontinent, Manager - HR Operations, and Manager Administration. Sudhir'stenure at Diversey is ongoing, and they have played a significant role in the company's operations.

Sudhir Bhalerao attended New High School in Kalyan from 1977 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Sikkim Manipal University.
