Wali Muhammad is a seasoned professional specializing in talent development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Talent Development Specialist at POWER-tek Global Inc. since March 2017, Wali developed and implemented the IGNITE 3.15 program, enhancing team performance through integrated assessments and training on key behavioral skills. In January 2024, Wali expanded expertise as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Diversio. Previously, Wali held the position of Learning & Development Associate at POWER-tek Global LLC, where program impact was evaluated, and training content was refined based on adult learning principles. As the Founding Director of The Behavioural Skills Company, Wali established a focus on improving leadership and team performance supported by the University of Waterloo's accelerator program. Wali holds a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo, where a commitment to fostering peaceful environments was further developed as a Peace Scholar.
