Nicole Kroner, CPA has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Nicole started their career as a Senior Auditor at Williams Overman Pierce & Co. LLP from July 2001 to June 2004. Nicole then joined Caterpillar as a Senior Cost Accountant/Senior Revenue Analyst from June 2004 to July 2006.

Nicole then joined Grifols Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly Talecris Biotherapeutics, Inc.) as the Director of Accounting and Shared Services from June 2011 to June 2012. Nicole was responsible for the finance transformation of the company and played a crucial role in achieving exceptional cash flow and profit through strategic acquisitions.

Nicole later worked at Arysta LifeScience as the Controller of the North America business unit from June 2012 to February 2015. Nicole then became the Head of Finance at Arysta from February 2015 to March 2016. At Arysta, they managed the financial operations of the business unit and played a role in the sale of the company to Platform Specialty Products.

Nicole's most recent role was as the CFO of DiversiTech Corporation, where they led the company through a successful transition from entrepreneur ownership to Private Equity ownership.
