Jess Parker is an experienced professional in food recovery and environmental education, currently serving as the Food Recovery Program Manager at Divert since March 2022. Previously, Jess held the role of Food Recovery Specialist at Too Good To Go, contributing significantly to the establishment of the company in the Boston market. As a Fulbright ETA Scholar, Jess focused on teaching English language and cultural topics, while also supporting environmental education initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Overland Summers, where responsibilities encompassed trip planning, risk management, and diversity training. Jess has a solid educational background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Middlebury College.
